I wear this under my clothes when I work out. I love the support it provides while allowing me to sweat to make my tummy smaller :-) It's very comfortable. I will be ordering a smaller size though because I've lost some weight and it's gotten too big. I'm 5'8 190 and I ordered an XL

It is somewhat small but I have it on. I guess it suppose to fit this way to work. Im an XL in leggings due to having big thighs and because of it it lifts up a little but its okay. I have had it on for about an hour already and its a little uncomfortable because its a little tight but It won’t be for long...Im giving myself a month so by then it should fit perfect. I really like it though. It fits the purpose.

Best waist belt of all. I had tried at least 5 different ones from the past of couple months. This is the top off then all.
i use at the gym during my workout, it feels great on my back and is very comfortable to wear giving great support
and the hour glass shape that i am looking for. also there is no fuzz to put on and take off. going to order my second
one in different color.

Pretty easy to figure out. 5'7 140lbs and just wanna tuck my little lovehandles in. Will update when/if they go where they belong
