It does what it has to do. It is comfortable to wear, If you are a medium in clothes then get a medium one because the medium becomes a small size.

I love this trainer! I'm about 5 foot 2 maybe 110 pounds. I purchased the x-small (25 steel bone) I was wanting more shape to my figure. This trainer is well made, hasn't rolled up on me once and I highly recommend it. My only complaint is that it doesn't come smaller than an x-small. Oh and if you are taller than me I wouldn't go for the short torso it will probably to short for you.

Nice little waist trainer haven’t worn it a whole lot though due to the hot weather but once it gets cooler out I will definitely be wearing it a lot. Haven’t noticed any of the clips loosening

I’m 4’8, 130lbs, 32-33inch waist. I ordered a large and was able to wear it on the last hook with ease immediately after having a heavy carb diner. I’ll be returning and getting a med/small because I want to be able to move but also feel as if I’m wearing a girdle. I have a really small torso and this fit amazing, no back spill and it doesn’t stab under your breast, or dig into pelvis.

super comfortable, easy to put on. the measurements on the chart were off but i used another guide for my size. I purchased a large, yet the size guide told me i would be a 2x
im approximately 5’5 and weigh around 155. my waist was a loose 33’ and i dropped to a 32’ with the trainer.

This product works amazing let me tell you. I originally bought the size small but I got to the third hook pretty quick so I went back for an XS and it’s exactly what I wanted. After a week it already fits loose on me, I’m 5’2 and 120 lbs and the short torso fits me perfect!

As a 3rd time user of this brand, I can say I am more than qualified to give a review. I am 194 lbs, 5.4, with a short torso obviously and with some extra tummy fat that’s soft, meaning when I put on fitting high waist jeans, it sucks my stomach in. So this waist trainer works miracles.

I bought a Large back in January and it fit perfectly but after 7 months, the steel boning starting popping out from wear and tear of course so I replaced it. I was on the last set of hooks so I felt I could size down to a medium which was a mistake. The reason I moved to the last set of hooks is probably because I wore it daily and the waist trainer stretched but I wasn’t losing weight because I’m addicted to food LBS.

If I have to say I saw results then realistically, I probably lost the amount of inches that would allow me to go to the 2nd set and not 3rd.

To make a long story short, once you get the right size, this will be a great waist trainer that will last 6-7 months but for $23, you can’t expect more than that. You can work out with it which is what I do to maintain my weight.

It’s firm and comfortable to me. If you wear this waist trainer, work out, and eat right, I’m more than positive you will lose inches off the mid-section so buy it and thank me later!

I love this short torso waist trainer. I have long legs and my torso is very short. Prior to finding out about the short torso waist trainers, I was purchasing the normal ones for women with long torsos and short legs. Well my body changed alot. The area where my waist and butt meets became flat, as I wore the waist trainer for about 8hrs per day. Needless to say...I'm exercising and that area is slowly improving. I would highly recommend this waist trainer if you have a short torso like me.
