  OMG amazing. Super hard to get on and pulled a muscle in my wrist. Got a helping hand and the results were spectacular. Got it to wear with my wedding rehearsal dinner dress and it will definitely do the trick! I'm 5'5 and 195, and it takes me from a 14 to 12 with no visible panty line. Amazing. I ordered a size down than suggested for extra slimming effect. I feel like I get a workout just wearing it. It can get hot though because of the latex. Good thing my wedding in the fall!

  Great waist trainer. The material is very reliable and so are hooks. Been wearing during workouts and work. Didnt come with care instructions so i just hand wash it and lay out to dry. Ordering another one just to have a back-up.

  I normally wear a large in clothing, and that's the size I went with. It was hard to get on at first, but once on, it felt fine. The material is thick, and you can tell this trainer is well built. I only wear it a few hours a day, and am already seeing results. I did lots of research and looking around before purchasing this waist trainer.
