  After doing my own little research (by reading the other reviews) and talking with a coworker that already owned a waist trainer, I ordered a large! In my mind I thought I could wear a medium! I am 5'4 weigh 170 pounds (muscular built)! I am a 36DD! I wear a size 7 or 9 in jeans and small or medium tops so I'm glad I read the reviews and listened to my coworker! I received the corset and immediately tried it on! It was snug but not uncomfortable! The first day I wore it, I wore it for 12 hours! That wasn't my intention but I'm glad I did! By the time I removed it, I had sweated tremendously! I'm already on the second row of closures! I started on the first closures and I've only had it for 5 days now! Going to Miami at the end of June so at the rate I'm going, my little love handles should be no more! I'm excited about my overall results!

  I have ordered other ones before and was always disappointed with the quality, but when I ordered this body support and got it, I was pretty satisfied. It helps hide my belly fat and provides firm support. The only little disadvantage is going to the bathroom, it has holes on the bottom but not perfect.

  I am just try to be helpful for people who never try this product company before. I'm 5'4 140lb size M is fit me just right. Tight enough to be able to suck every inch in but I still can feel comfortable and be able to breathe. When I was 130lb size S was about right for me. Hope this is help!

  Very good quality material, it does what it says it does. I just tried it on to see how it fits and it fits perfect. I am 5' 4 and 165 I got the L. It gives a good body curve, posture, and helps keeping the body cool I only had it on for about 5 minutes, but can't wait to try it on a daily routine. It's not as hard to put it on or to take it off, just because I have other compressing undergarments I have worn I am use to the compress feeling. I was able to move good, and felt comfortable, it doesn't stretch much.

  I should have chose the smaller size, but I was confused by the chat size. Other than that it's a great product and I'm planing to buy a smaller size soon. I love it because it is more comfortable and I can wear it anytime for a long period of time. Yes I will buy it again and again.

  I just love the suit , some suggest you order whatever size shirt you wear, but no because I wear a large shirt and I ordered a x-large it was a lil snug under the arms but as I started wearing it and also losing weight it worked out great , love the quality and material of the suit .

  I gave it 5 stars because its good quality work however you cannot go by their sizes because they're for Oriental women sizes so in order to make it fit me I would have to get a 5xl crazy right so just make sure you get the right size

  It's cheap, has a quick delivery and it's amazing sticky but it's not wear a nipple is therefore it doesn't hurt when taking it off, would highly recommend

  Am impressed with how sticky it is yet it doesn't leave behind any residue which is a big plus :) the drawstring is fab for a cleavage, so I'm looking forward to being able to wear almost anything with this now!!

  This is a nifty little invisible bra!，this is great self adhesive is amazing and sticks like glue,the material is lovely and soft , The size fits well/is accurate and it is very comfortable to wear too.excellent for them lovely summer strapless tops. The adhesive inside the bra works perfectly and has a non adhesive circle for your nipples.
