  I'm 5'1 , 134lbs and my waist was 35 . Had a baby a month ago and needed a good waist cincher. I went by my size and it was way too small so I ordered a medium still too small, I ordered an xl which is by their measurements and it was big on top. Finally on the 4th try the L is a perfect fit. Good thing I have prime. The belt is definitely something to get used to.

  I'm shocked it actually is a good product for the price.. The first day I couldn't put it on because I was full from eating but the next day I was able to put it on. It is comfortable. Worth the price compared to the other trainers I have spent money on.

  I'm new to using a corset. I actually bought this one to help with spinal issues. It seems and feels very sturdy and well made. I am breaking it in as recommended. It was very comfortable from the first moment I put it on. The support in it is awesome. Now I just need one in white and nude color.

  My brother ordered it for his girlfriend and she loves it. It fits her perfectly. I'm thinking about getting one for myself. She uses it when she works out or when she is doing some stuff around. She is size small. My size would probably be medium just because I'm a bit chubbier. She is already recommending it to me.

  Ordered a medium - I am currently hovering between a size 6 and 8. I literally wanted to cry this trainer made my torn disc feel so much better. The best way to keep torn disc pain from hurting is to keep a strong core, however, when exercising is painful that can be challenging. This gives me great support, but I can still breath and move comfortably. Road tested it at the gym today and it was awesome! Not purchased for weight training, but my personal trainer took one look at mine today and now I am ordering her one too!
